Active Role Call Needed

Need to have this web address posting in game so players can check it out, also a role call may help. Just post a letter in mail box if they are away for more than 2 weeks and telll them they have been remove with out haste just due to inactive status you can rejoin anytime. Or make players to post a msg for leave so we know who is active and who is not.....
